Delivery Areas

• Saudi Arabia (KSA): All major cities and regions including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina, Khobar, and more.
• United Arab Emirates (UAE): All emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery — Saudi Arabia: 3 to 7 business days
• Standard Delivery — United Arab Emirates: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and order volume. We do not offer same-day or next-day delivery at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation message once your order is placed.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp or email (if provided). You can also use the Track Order page on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for all orders across KSA and UAE. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Delivery Failures

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may incur an additional fee.
